Your landlord must apply to the Enforcement of Judgments Office before you have to leave your home. There are a number of stages during this procedure. You may be able to avoid having to leave your home.

Don't ignore letters from the Enforcement of Judgments Office. It will be harder to come to an agreement with your landlord to stay in your home if you aren't co-operating.

Eviction procedure

Your landlord must apply to the Enforcement of Judgements Office to get you evicted. If your landlord doesn't go through the Enforcement of Judgments Office, it could be an illegal eviction.  More >
