Problems with a Housing Association Print E-mail

Try to sort out any problems you have quickly and informally by contacting your housing association. The staff will try to settle the complaint straightaway.

If you are still unhappy you can use their complaints procedure for most problems. There is a different procedure if your housing association is trying to end your introductory tenancy.

Complaints procedure

Every housing association has a different complaints procedure. Your housing association’s complaints procedure should be in your tenant's handbook. More >

Introductory tenancy appeals

Your housing association can evict you before the end of your 12 month introductory tenancy using a special legal procedure. More >
