Problems with the Housing Executive
If you are having problems with the service you receive from the Housing Executive you can try to sort it out quickly and locally by contacting the District Office dealing with your problem. The staff will try to settle the complaint straightaway.
If you are still unhappy you can use the internal complaints procedure for most problems. There are different procedures if you are complaining about a homelessness application or the Housing Executive is trying to end your introductory tenancy.
