Attention: open in a new window. PrintE-mail

If you are having problems with the service you receive from the Housing Executive you can try to sort it out quickly and locally by contacting the District Office dealing with your problem. The staff will try to settle the complaint straightaway.

If you are still unhappy you can use the internal complaints procedure for most problems. There are different procedures if you are complaining about a homelessness application or the Housing Executive is trying to end your introductory tenancy.

Complaints procedure

Always use the complaints procedure unless you are challenging a homelessness decision or the Housing Executive are trying to end your introductory tenancy. More >

Challenging a homelessness decision

You can appeal if you are unhappy with your homelessness decision. Temporary accommodation may be available while appealing. More >

Introductory tenancy appeals

The Housing Executive can evict you before the end of your 12 month introductory tenancy using a special legal procedure. Get advice immediately since there are strict time limits if you want to appeal. More >
