Tenancy eviction
Your landlord will usually have to give you at least 28 days' notice and get a court order before you have to leave the property. You can usually only be evicted if your landlord has a special legal reason for evicting you. Your landlord must give you at least 28 days' notice and get a court order before you must leave the accommodation. More
Lender repossession
If your landlord stops paying the mortgage on the property where you live, the lender will repossess the property. Ask your landlord if he has a buy to let mortgage for the property. More
