Landlord Contributions
Due to funding restrictions, the Housing Executive has restricted its award of grants. You can still apply for the mandatory Repairs Grant and the Disabled Facilities Grant but awards for other grants will only be approved in exceptional circumstances.
Since 16 October 2005 landlords’ contributions are based on a percentage of the approved costs of works. This will normally be 50% but in the case of Rural Priority Areas, Urban Grants Priority Areas and Town Centre Living Initiative Areas it will be 25%. Landlords will not be expected to make a contribution to the cost of works carried out under a Disabled Facilities Grant.
