There are seven grants available to help you keep, repair or improve your home. Which grants are available depends on the type of work needed, your personal circumstances and the area you live in. Due to a funding shortfall, the Housing Executive is currently prioritising grants awards. This means that some grants may be generally unavailable until further funds are secured. Find out more about 'prioritisation of grants'.
Housing Executive and housing association tenants can't apply for any grants.
