If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, the Housing Executive will assess your case using 4 'tests' or 'hurdles'.
You must meet all the tests to be eligible for assistance.

Rate relief scheme for students, trainees and care leavers closed on 1 December 2009. The scheme will continue for existing applicants, however no new applications will be accepted.
