The Housing Executive can help you find a new home when you are intimidated. Financial help may also be available to help you keep your home, or find a new home.

Applying for a new home

You can apply to the Housing Executive as homeless if you have been intimidated. In certain circumstances you will get extra points on the waiting list because of the intimidation. More arrow

Help for homeowners

The Housing Executive can buy your home if you have been intimidated and no longer want to live in your home. This is known as the Scheme for the Purchase of Evacuated Dwellings, or SPED scheme. More arrow

Financial help

You may be able to get financial help if you have been intimidated. More arrow

Staying in your home

Your safety and the safety of your family should be your top priority. You may decide that staying in your home after you have been intimidated is the best option. Get advice from the police before you do this. More arrow

Repairing your home

You may be able to get help from the Housing Executive to repair the damage caused by the attack. More arrow
