You can apply to the Housing Executive as homeless if you have been intimidated. In certain circumstances you will get extra points on the waiting list because of the intimidation. More

The Housing Executive can buy your home if you have been intimidated and no longer want to live in your home. This is known as the Scheme for the Purchase of Evacuated Dwellings, or SPED scheme. More

Your safety and the safety of your family should be your top priority. You may decide that staying in your home after you have been intimidated is the best option. Get advice from the police before you do this. More
