If you can't find a solution to your housing problem on the website, you may wish to receive further advice by calling Housing Rights Service's helpline on 028 9024 5640.

Our helpline is open between 9.30am-1.30pm, Monday through Friday (except on Wednesdays).

If you wish to speak to an advisor in person, you can come by our office from 9.30 - 1.30 Monday to Friday.

We may be able to help you even if you don't speak English. We offer our clients Telephone Interpreting Services (Language Line) free of charge.
