What are adaptations? Print E-mail

An adaptation is work carried out to make a home more suitable for a person with a disability. The type of work covered by an adaptation depends on the needs of the person with the disability.

Moving to different accommodation may be easier than carrying out major adaptations. You can contact one of the home improvement agencies if you are unsure whether or not to apply for adaptations.
