Homelessness

If you wish to challenge a decision on homelessness, priority need, eligibility or intentionality, we strongly urge you to seek advice from Housing Rights Service or a similar organisation.  Strict time limits apply to the process for requesting a review of these decisions so you need to act quickly.   This is a new process, so it is advisable that you get assistance from a housing specialist.
