Noise problems can arise from a wide range of sources including noisy neighbours, barking dogs, pubs and clubs or building work. Excessive noise can lead to stress and cause sleep disturbance.

The Environmental Health Department of your local council can help you with noise problems.

Barking dogs

It is against the law for a dog to bark all the time and annoy neighbours. You could be fined up to £5000 if you let your dog bark all the time. More >
