Housing mediation in Northern Ireland
Housing problems are sometimes caused by disagreements and bad relationships. Mediation is a way of solving these kinds of problems.
What is mediation?
A trained mediator will help you and the person you are in a dispute with to come to an agreement. The mediator will help you to have honest and open conversations. The mediator is there to help both sides of a dispute talk and listen to each other in the hopes of solving the problem. The mediator is not there to judge or to say who is right and who is wrong.
